Manufactured to withstand temperatures up to 2000°C (according to the model) and the most aggressive corrosive actions, the KINOPTIK endoscopes are particularly well adapted to the continuous monitoring of high-temperature enclosures in all the business sectors concerned.
The system is made up of two separate elements:
- The endoscope
- The extractor bench

Motorized focus

External sheath made of Hastolly type stainless steel for increased resistance to corrosion phenomena.
Triple-Jacket structure providing efficient cooling and minimum fluid consumption.
Optical device allowing extraction for adjustment and cleaning but with a furnace seal.
Optical system with mono or colour camera including an adjustable diaphragm and interchangeable filters to optimise the vision to suit the specific constraints of the furnace.
Cooling and cleaning of the lens by continuous air or nitrogen flow.


Extractor Bench

System fitted with a PLC guaranteeing the safety of the endoscope, it makes it possible to withdraw the endoscope quickly in the event of a failure in the cooling system.

Continuous monitoring system:
- Temperature, water flow rate and pressure.
- Air pressure and flow rate.
- Electrical supply.
- Alignment of the endoscope.
